Managed from Luxor TRADE LTD Skopje "www.prima.mk" offers online sales, information services, content and transactions provided by PRIMA OPTICS. The prices of all products are prima.mk in EUR and other foreign currencies including VAT.
- Each buyer must register to deliver the order. After completing the order will be sent e-mail to the address of the customer, as the review commissioned.
- Delivery is to be paid according to the price list of logistic company Globko Logistics on the territory of Macedonia, insurance does not cover transport / delivery of product. For more information see paragraph 2 (Submission).
- The purchase can be accomplished with the following credit cards: Visa Classic; Visa Electron; Master Card; Maestro; Diners Club International (only if CVV2/CVC code on back of card). The payment is provided by NLB Tutunska Banka Skopje.

- Customer is obligated on delivery to check the product against possible damage during transportation, and for larger parcel and quantitatively to check the products. Visible flaws / damage of the product Customer should, within 5 hours of receiving returns immediately when receiving the goods to the supplier.
- In case the customer wants to return the product not by our fault or the fault of the supplier and wants to return the amount of product, then the amount of the final product will be deducted twice the cost of delivery which varies according to the weight of the product.
- If the customer wants to replace the product, he is obliged to keep it intact, unused and unwrapped along with all accompanying documents.
